Meet Emma Patterson RN, HA, ASSD
Emma Patterson, RN, HA, ASSD, is the founder of IAHLLC and Director for the CNA, QMA, and insulin certified. My background started with home health aid at the age of 16, then I decided to continue with my education. I got my CNA while I attended nursing school. I attended the University of California, Merced, obtained my LPN, and worked AS an LPN for 17 years, continued at Indiana State University, Terre Haute, studying for my BSN. Then I branched off to do my RN at Professional Skills Institute, MAUME, OH. Decided to take my train trainer so I can teach CNAs and QMAs.
Always been my dream to help fight the shortage in healthcare must especially when it comes to the elderly; that’s my passion. My goal here is to make a difference by educating as many as I can in the field to give them knowledge and understanding of the healthcare field, My goal is to train powerful CNAS as well as QMAs. WITH MY BACKGROUND AND A STRONG FOUNDATION, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH CHRIST, WHO STRENGTHENS ME.

-$ 1500 For 4 WEEKS OF CNA Classes
- And 6 weeks for parttime student
-$ 1000 For QMA Classes
-$ 400 FOR Insulin Certification
Our CNA, QMA and insulin certifications are done online, at multiple facilities, plus we offer job placements.
Payment Policy
To ensure a smooth registration process for our courses, we have established the following payment policy.
Course Fees
1. CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): $1,500
2. QMA (Qualified Medication Aide): $1,000
3. Insulin Certification Class: $400
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Cash
- Bank Transfers
- Checks (payable to [Your School Name])
Payment Schedule
- Full Payment: All fees must be paid in full before the start of the class.
- Installment Plans: For students who prefer to pay in installments, we offer a plan that allows payments to be made in two equal installments. The first installment is due upon registration, and the second installment is due four weeks before the class starts.
-Refund Policy
- Withdrawal Before Class Start:** If a student withdraws from a course at least 14 days before the class start date, a refund of 75% of the course fee will be issued.
- **Withdrawal Within 14 Days of Class Start:** If a student withdraws within 14 days of the class start date, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellation the class is canceled by IAH LLC, a full refund will be provided.
